Our Testimonials

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Kimberly for our living trust, and we couldn't be more impressed with her service. From the very first meeting, Kimberly was professional, engaging, and incredibly knowledgeable. Kim took the time to understand our unique needs and provided insightful advice that was tailored to each of us. A year prior to meeting Kim my husband had a near death experience which left me feeling lost, confused, and scared about managing our assets on my own. Thankfully by the grace of God, my husband made a full recovery but the experience highlighted the need for proper estate planning. When we met Kim to set up our living trust, she immediately put us at ease. Kim’s expertise in estate law is evident, and she made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She explained complex legal concepts in a way that was easy for me to understand, ensuring I felt confident and informed every step of the way. Her approachable demeanor and genuine care for her clients sets her apart. We highly recommend Kimberly Pisinski to anyone in need of trust and estate planning services. She truly exceeded our expectations, and we are grateful for her outstanding support!

Kim did a great job, mid pandemic, to help us obtain guardianship for our special needs daughter who turned 18 in October. Our prior attorney who has worked with us before initially took the matter then decided 2 months later that with the state of the courts, her own personal life, etc. she was unable to assist during the pandemic. We found Kim and despite us never being able to meet in person, specialists being unable to conduct normal evaluations, and the courts being closed and then operating only on a limited basis Kim was able to help us obtain the necessary guardianship for our daughter just before she turned 18 and keep us calm throughout the process. Her help navigating the system and explaining everything was invaluable. In the midst of everything we also found out we had a property line issue with a neighbor and she was able to assist in that matter as well. I highly recommend Kim and her offices for your legal needs!
